One-Source Coordination - Town & Country Homes is the project manager and liaison between the modular/manufactured home manufacturer and our customer.  We also have our own setup teams that set and connect your home, so there are no 3rd party mistakes and no one other than ourselves to blame.  We like it that way and so do our customers.

In-House Designer - We are one of the only home builders in the state with our own designer, Lacy, on staff to take care of your needs.  We have yet to run across a customer who didn't want to add their own personal touch to one of our plans.  Instead of depending on the manufacturer, we make all changes in-house, drastically reducing the amount of time it takes to coordinate and approve changes.
3. History - Town & Country Homes, Inc. has been in business since 1982 and is family-owned and operated.  We are one of the only Owner/Builders left that performs all of the work we do in-house and doesn't subcontract out the setup and installation of your home.  We are not a wholesaler, but are competitive with them and no one can beat us on price when you include all of the services and not just the price of the home.
