In-House Designer
We offer an in house designer to help you custom design modular homes to meet your needs. Once you have an approved budget, we help you design a home to accommodate your project needs.
Service Area
Town & Country Homes, Inc. sets up homes within 1 hour of the sales office in Vergennes, VT. We work in both Vermont & New York.
Total Home & Sitework
Town & Country Homes, Inc. is the project manager and liaison between the home manufacturer and our customer. We also have our own setup teams that set your home. We can either be contracted to construct the house portion of the project only, or depending on your location, we can handle the entire job including sitework.
